Bapenda Implements Online Billboard Tax Reporting System

Jakarta Regional Earnings Board (Bapenda) has implemented online tax reporting system for billboard tax since a year ago.

Online system has been implemented to facilitate taxpayers in reporting their tax payment

Jakarta Regional Earnings Board (Bapenda)'s Revenue II Division Head, Yuspin mentioned, tax reporting system has been implemented for 13 types of taxes, including billboard tax.

"Online system has been implemented to facilitate taxpayers in reporting their tax payment," she conveyed, Monday (5/18).

City's Tax Realization Reaches Rp 8.23 Trillion

According to him, Bapenda has targeted to collect Rp 1.32 trillion for billboard tax this year. While until April 15, her side has collected Rp 282.96 billion.

"This year, we are targeting to collect Rp 50.17 trillion for all 13 types of taxes. Per April 15, we have collected around Rp 8.61 trillion," she explained.

Recently, Bapenda also follows up inputs from billboard business owners in the midst of COVID-19 pandemic.

"We also pay attention to billboard business owners who are having a hard time due to COVID-19 pandemic. They ask for billboard tax relaxation," she closed.
